6 – Rafting at Koprulu Canyon

Itinerary ;

When we are doing the transfer, the guests are picked up at their hotels at the given departure time. Transfer vehicles arrive at our facilities at Köprülü Canyon about 10:30 – 11:00 hrs. Customers are given instructions in practice about rafting , rafting equipment and what they must be careful about. Sportsmen and sportswomen are then transferred to the starting point and rafting starts soon after. After the first rapid at BOGRUM BRIDGE a swiming break is given so that our guests can enjoy swiming  in the crystal clear fresh water where historical and natural beauty meets. After the one hour lunch break at 13:00  guests find themself back on joyfully running river Köprüçayı (called EUROMEDON in ancient times). After a joyfull day on the river runing through surrounding natural beauty guests arrive the finishing point at about 16:00. Guest are taking to the cafeteria where they can watch and see videos and pictures taken during rafting and can buy them as well if they wish. Guests are transferred bak to their hotels.

 

TOUR COURSE : The 14 kilometer rafting course consists of 1 and 2 difficulty level rapids in accordance with international standarts. The starting point is right below the Historical Roman Bridge.
