Your private guide will meet you at Istanbul port with a sign written “ Your Name “ on it, anytime you want . The only city in the world located on two continents is Istanbul, which has been the capital of three great empires – Roman, Byzantine and Ottoman – for more than 2000 years.
Our first stop is going to be Blue Mosque which was built between 1609 and 1616 and famous for its beautiful blue Iznik tiles. Next stop is going to be Nur-u Osmaniye Mosque which was built on 2nd hill of Istanbul and built in 1748. We will proceed to Suleymaniye Mosque as our third stop, the mosque of Suleyman the Magnificant was built between 1550 and 1557 by the famous architect Sinan whose wish was to surpass the builders of St. Sophia which is conspicuous from its great size, emphasized by the four minarets rising one from each corner of the courtyard.
Next stop is going to be Rustempasa Mosque that was built by famous Ottoman Architect Sinan and last stop is going to be Eminonu New Mosque, one of Istanbul’s most prominent mosques, situated at the opening to the Golden Horn, close to the Galata Bridge and the Spice Bazaar. The name Yeni Camii (New Mosque) is rather misleading though, as the mosque actually dates back to the 1663.
Drive back to port. End of services.
